Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rip off merchants say they replace parts, but don't. The hostile guy who I complained to started the call in defence and unable to listen to customer feedback without getting emotional. Work reports withheld. The helper guy attempted to remove my security touch-pad off my wall to insert someone elses part. I explained that the part he had wasn't mine, he looked at me blankly then tried pulling the touch-pad again. Then i told him he was about to remove my security systems screen, he stopped and looked at me like I was an idiot, and didnt believe that he had the incorrect part until I forced him to listen to me. Lucky I was there to tell him to stop. No I won't contact you again to discuss further.

The boys that did the installation explained everything very clearly and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable using the system. I would 100% recommend these guys.
