Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rip off merchants say they replace parts, but don't. The hostile guy who I complained to started the call in defence and unable to listen to customer feedback without getting emotional. Work reports withheld. The helper guy attempted to remove my security touch-pad off my wall to insert someone elses part. I explained that the part he had wasn't mine, he looked at me blankly then tried pulling the touch-pad again. Then i told him he was about to remove my security systems screen, he stopped and looked at me like I was an idiot, and didnt believe that he had the incorrect part until I forced him to listen to me. Lucky I was there to tell him to stop. No I won't contact you again to discuss further.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was very impressed with TKS. The team are efficient, timely and did a fantastic job with minimal mess. The boys that did the installation explained everything very clearly and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable using the system. I would 100% recommend these guys.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our air conditioning system replaced by TKS and the installation was perfect. All the work done by Ben and his 2 young apprentices was 1st class. The communications with Tanya and staff was expertly done too. All the people were so friendly.
